The transformation unfolds at the Quiet Healing Centre, nestled in the serene coastal town of Auroville. True to its name, this center is a sanctuary of wellness, offering a tranquil cocoon for your journey. Comfortable accommodations and a serene healing space are set against the pristine beach, providing the perfect canvas for your self-discovery and rejuvenation. Located on a beautiful 5-acre beachfront compound, about 6 km north of Puducherry, this holistic retreat offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and sits on Quiet Beach, approximately 9 km from the heart of Auroville. Our holistic therapies are designed to address the individual on a deeper energetic level within a safe and caring environment.

Venue

The Mirage, Andretta is a place where you will wake up to the singing of birds and the pitter-patter of rain drops. Ensconced amidst lush greenery at the foothills of the Dhauladhar Range, The Mirage is the perfect amalgamation of elegance and rustic. The property is dotted with sprawling gardens and boasts ample sit-outs for you to kick back and soak up the tranquil vibe of Andretta. Nestled in a bamboo grove and looking out to the greenery is a beautiful yogashala where you can start off your mornings. There is a heated swimming pool at one part of the property and a steam room at another for you to unwind and rejuvenate your souls. Visit the website of the venue.

So, when do i get there and when do i leave?

To ensure a smooth start to our Auroville retreat, we recommend that you arrive at the venue no later than 2 pm on the 22nd of March 2024. The program officially commences at 4 pm on the same day with a 44-minute kickoff session. Take your time to settle in, have lunch with your fellow participants, interact with our facilitators, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. The retreat will then unfold with full-day sessions from the 23rd to the late evening of the 25th of March 2024. You are free to plan your departure for your next destination anytime before 11 am on the 26th.

How to get there?

The nearest airport to Auroville is the Puducherry Domestic Airport. However, connectivity is very limited. From the airport, you can hire a taxi to Auroville. It is only 20 mins away. Getting here from Chennai: You can hire a taxi or rent a private car from Chennai to Auroville. The journey takes about 2.5-3 hours, depending on traffic. Auroville is about 150 km south of Chennai, India. Getting here from Bangalore: There are a few flights operating between Bangalore and Puducherry. You can also hire a taxi or drive from Bangalore to Auroville. The journey takes approximately 5-6 hrs. What's the accomodation like?

Each bedroom is elegantly furnished with a cozy double bed accompanied by convenient side tables and a dresser. Moreover, the accommodations not only offer comfort but also a serene healing space right by the beach. It’s a perfect setting to rejuvenate your body and soul. All our rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring your stay is cool and comfortable. Additionally, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access and convenient laundry services to make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. There will be a total of 20 attendees with 2 facilitators at the Retreat.
