Refund & Reschedule Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable under any circumstances barring cancellation by the facilitators. If you are unable to attend the retreat for any reason, your payment can be transferred to an upcoming retreat. This requires at least 7 days notice before the retreat start date, after which, 70% of the retreat fee will be transferred to a future retreat. Any discount availed will not be transferred in case of a re-schedule. Please route all cancellation/re-scheduling requests writing to us at info@soulsisters.in If a retreat is re-scheduled, payments shall be adjusted towards the re-scheduled retreat or a future retreat. Soul Sisters is not responsible for any travel costs/loss owing to the changes.

No Show Policy

Once your payment is complete and your slot is booked but you are unable to attend the retreat, and fail to notify us of the same, your registration will be treated as a No Show. In this case, you forfeit the entire payment and will not be refunded or rescheduled for a future retreat.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance of the retreat start date. We can only accommodate you in future retreats with at least a 7 day advance notice.

Natural Disaster

If a retreat is postponed due to any natural disaster, the payments shall be adjusted towards the rescheduled retreat.
